The Order of the Stick
Evil lich versus six adventurers. Epic fantasy! Don't get fooled by the stick figures - this IS a great comic, especially for those who like (making fun of) D&D.

Words
A lighthearted fantasy that actually has a real storyline, unlike the vast majority of sword & sorcery comics out there. The plot unwinds quite slowly, but it doesn't matter at all, as the interactions of protagonists provide enough action and - above all - fun. A stereotypical party of adventurers, one might say: A valiant warrior carrying a huuuge sword, a gold-hungry, sneaky rogue, a powerful elvish wizard of uncertain gender, a dwarven cleric with terrible accent, an easygoing and rather simple-minded bard, and a halfling ranger who enjoys a nice blood bath. Set in a world operating under D&D rules, this comic won't give you time to get bored.
Sticks and stones may break your bones, goes the old saying. Not these sticks. Unless breaking into laughter counts as well. As in most stick-figure comics, the artwork is really simple. You can't deny the beauty of the simplicity, though; the artwork has been stripped of everything unnecessary, and what remains is actually all you need. It's both clear and eye-catching, exactly the way it should be.
