Words
Ship is a sheep, imaginary in the Hobbes-que way - there are two people who can see him, talk to him, and - of course, he's a sheep after all - count him. These people are Laurie, a single mother, and her daughter Katie, who's the driving force behind the majority of CYS strips. When it gets to describing the world through child's eyes, she's pretty creative.
Count Your Sheep is a witty, and highly cute comic. The initial strips were simply amazing, then the quality dropped, unfortunately, and so did the regularity of the updates. Yet, it's still worth reading, if only for its immense cuteness.
The drawing underwent a minor evolution - the first strips were a bit rough compared to the later works, but they've never looked bad. The blue-toned palette provides the artwork with a "nocturnal flavor" (even though it takes place also during daytime in later strips), and it was a good choice, as it gives the comic a distinctive feel.

Merchandise
Count Your Sheep Volume One: Relatives and Sedatives is available in on-line stores (Lulu, for instance). Great bedtime story stuff.
Miscellaneous
No Room For Magic is another webcomic by Adrian Ramos. Honestly, I don't believe it's worth the time.
